It is a natural compulsion among many people to test themselves on the limits they can go to in this world. Many people take vacations around the world specifically to put there selves in harm’s way and live to tell about it. Before agreeing to any of these options, make sure you have visitors medical insurance covered before you begin.

On the Zambezi River in Africa as many as 30 people on average die each year. The river is a world famous destination for whitewater rafting featuring a class 5 threat level. Even if you are able to expertly navigate the treacherous waters safely, you still have the crocodiles to worry about. The crocodiles in the river area account for most causalities suffered each year.

If you don’t appreciate whitewater rafting you may like a nice bike ride on El Camino de la Muerte in La Paz, Bolivia. That is until you realize the name when translated means ‘The Death Road.’ Over 100 people die each year trying to ride along the cliff faced steep road prompting many people to pray before even beginning the journey.

One last option available is the famous Running with the Bulls event each year in Pamplona Spain. With 15 deaths since it began this 3 minute run with massive bulls is a true test of man versus beast.

These are just some of the different extreme sport activities people engage in each year. Considering any of these activities without having visitor insurance is not recommended.
